It’s common practice in the building industry to hire the equipment needed for a project. M.D. Edilizia’s standards don’t permit this, because it means that the necessary quality, compliance with deadlines and safety of the worksite can’t be guaranteed.
So M.D. Edilizia buys everything necessary for the carrying out of the project, taking care to choose the best products, to maintain them continually and to upgrade them. All equipment has EC certification.

ISO 9001 certification guarantees the maximum level of process standards and quality of company operations.
M.D. Edilizia took advantage of the certification period to optimise every company activity. The ISO 9001 qualification was a valuable opportunity for improvement, and M.D. Edilizia did not simply adapt to a sequence of theoretical directives, but assimilated concepts and procedures, reconstructing processes where the certification requirements gave ideas for improvement.
